Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

I have used this company three times in the past and have not been disappointed at all. Before using Best Choice Plumbing it was a hit or miss trying different plumbers. To me, their name says it all. I had them out today for an estimate to replaced my shut off at the curb plus two drain lines under the house.The gentleman that came out to give me the quote was very informative about what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost for each part of the job I was told once they get the permits they can begin work. I just got a call saying that they will begin tomorrow morning. Incredible! I feel the price I was quoted was very reasonable and this company really is your Best Choice for any of your plumbing needs.

I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Our pit bull Rosco (not usually welcoming to strangers) was obsessed with Tim the plumber. Found out the owners have been fostering and donating to animal rescues for years. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Matt was great! Few weeks ago on a Saturday late afternoon when others didn't reply, Matt replied and was available. He came on time and was able to unclogged the main line. My oven igniter failed and I called to have it replaced. Within 48 hours, I had a brand new igniter installed in my oven and we were on our way. I thought the cost was reasonable as well. Would definitely call them for service again. Thank you.

I had many people help me with plumbing over the years. I’m a contractor so I’ve seen the work of countless plumbers.Mike Miller is the best of them all.When Mike does anything he does as if he’s working on his own house. The eye for details is amazing. I’ve had many plumbers come in and cut corners on many things before I found a Mike. For example when you install a water heater the shut off valves should always be replaced. The old ones tend to leak on the handle and will cause damage to the water heater if not replaced. Another is that the gas line to your hot water heater needs to be grounded, if not grounded the line can explode in certain conditions. Another thing Mike always does is change the gas valve it’s an older one because they can break if they are the old brass kind. Also Mike doesn’t use any shark bite fittings at all because they always leak and are only a temporary fix. The reason I know all of this is because Mike takes the time to explain everything in detail.There is many guys out who claim to be plumbers, but they operate without a actual plumbing license. Be warned, make sure you ask if they’re licensed and insured and have proof.
