We called Goodman, to service our heater. James our technician, was prompt. (Even early). He took his time to diagnose our problem. As my husband suspected, it was a thermocoupliin. Five Star rating! James, also installed carbon monoxide detectors,, a complimentary service from the company! James also noted our very old hot water heater, which we will be replacing it soon. He gave us an estmate. Hopefully, James will be our tech again in the near future! Good work, James! also,explained everything as he went about the repair.

I purchased a new gas dryer, it was delivered. The gentleman advised me that I didn’t have a shut off valve, and was in need of a plumber. So no installation. My daughter came across this site and the reviews were great... so we gave him a call. honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing
