We recently completed a renovation on our home, and our contractor recommended Austin's Plumbing Service. Austin did such a wonderful job - he was thorough, efficient, and so kind.

My plumber of 25 years sadly passed away. I needed a new plumber. I found David and Anna Marie. Extremely professional, prompt and caring. I like that he is in the neighborhood. Will be giving his name to my friends and neighbors.

We had a dishwasher that was installed incorrectly by the previous owners and wouldn't drain. We called Philadelphia Plumbing and they set up an appointment with us quickly, two plumbers came out (I wish I could remember their names!) who were both extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They both also wore masks the entire time they were in our home without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. The dishwasher issue turned out to be even worse than we originally thought, but instead of saying they would need to come back to fix the worse problem they stayed and figured out the most efficient way to re-route a hose and correct the whole appliance hookup as well as fix the clogged sink to prevent further drainage issues. They made sure everything was in working order before they left, and they cleaned everything up really well so you couldn't even tell they had drilled holes or moved anything around! We highly recommend them!

The lady's in the office that answer the phones are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to help them with there jobs by contacting other company like peco but other then that the guys that work for this company are very nice and have respect for the customers when they come out.
