Originally called MT Plumbing to repair a backed up kitchen drain the day he came out to give quote the hot water tank went bad and he ended up coming out the next day and installing a new hot water tank and gas pipe to the water heater. he was on time, great price and fast. I will be using him for every plumbing issue I ever have!

I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day. They even walk away with your plunger! Never again, lesson learned. 8/7: Update to my initial review. I just used for the first time the new water valve they replaced in the backyard where my hose is connected. The water pours directly out from the wall, great job guys! Maybe you should be less concerned about the reviews for your company and more concerned about the quality of your work. You heard right, they made a special trip to our home, after my initial review, to question my elderly Mother about my review. Another thing I need to replace after this company did the initial job!

Before committing to a new garbage disposal that was leaking, Brandon came to make sure it was needed. He explained that sometimes the disposal will work loose, especially if it was not locked in properly which could cause it to leak. Unfortunately, the disposal needed to be replaced. We went to Stanley's Hardware and he made sure I purchased the correct size and horsepower. Came back to replace and was installed and cleaned up in 30 minutes. Brandon came on time. He is always reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to contractors.

Gorilla is awesome! My sister and I have some complex home remodeling issues to deal with, exacerbated by a previously incompetent contractor. Gorilla’s team is prompt, professional, transparent and respectful. I would highly recommend them!
