Toni was easy to setup an appointment with because he was able to text me availabilities and update me when a time slot opened up sooner than originally planned. I like that he wears booties for his shoes which is an added benefit because we don't wear shoes in the house. He looked at both issues i had with the sink and shower faucets, wrote down and gave me a detailed plan and estimate before getting approval to work. Great service overall.

I have used Brandon for 2 plumbing issues in my new home and both times he was great. He will assess your issue and provide a free estimate, and give you an honest run down of what he thinks will be the most cost effective way to handle something. The first time he visited to look at leaky basement pipes. When he came in, he smelled gas, and discovered a gas leak in 3 places (which our inspection had missed!). Luckily, he was able to quickly repair the issues. We weren’t living in the house yet but it was still scary and I was so grateful he found the issue. He also showed me an easy way to locate a gas leak (spraying liquid at the joints to see if it bubbles - which shows gas is escaping). He also quickly addressed a bathtub leak we had the following week. I also think his rates are very fair- note that you get a discount for paying in cash!

Alex was very friendly , professional and caring. I had called out another company guarantee plumbing who I had a bad experience with and they could not get the job done ! Called dr drain and Alex came out and my drain is open !!! I recommend dr drain for all plumbing problems ! Thank you dr drain !

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

This company was doing cement and plumbing work for my neighbor. And like most contractors, made a mess and were inconsiderate of the neighborhood. That aside, I was planning to call them to do some work for my house until I discovered that the son of the company owner helped himself to my garden hose which is two houses down. He dragged my hose through cement, mud and muck, borrowed it without asking and then had the gall to toss it back without winding it back on the spigot. Disrespectful and rude. When I confronted the son his reply was “it was an emergency.” He left sand and grit on my sidewalk and curb.Folks, I’m not sure if you want to hire a company whose owner helps himself to other people’s belongings.
