Had them come out to fix both my failed sewer and waste water lines and both times they were very professional, very responsive (reached out multiple times to confirm dates and times) and the work they did was good and very professional and clean looking.Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done!

A driver from this company was driving recklessly. He then caught up with me and harrassed me. I would not feel safe with a violent tempered person like that in my home

I'm glad I found Veteran Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. My wife and I are both veterans so we love supporting a veteran owned and operated company in the area. Most importantly the timeliness and quality of work was great. I scheduled my consult on a Sunday night for Monday afternoon, and the plumber, Kelly, arrived on time. She understood what I needed done to an older cast iron residential drain and scheduled the repair for that Wednesday (work was part of a non-emergent remodel). Kelly arrived on time again, and completed the needed work quickly and professionally. I highly recommend both Kelly Ireland and Veteran Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling!

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. Fast and efficient work...I'm a first time customer. I had found this contact information by simply doing a google search and thought what do I have to lose. I called and spoke to the message center. I received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained my issues and was told that the drain guy would reach out. The drain guy called 5 minutes later, I reiterate my issue and was told that someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough someone was knocking on my door to deal with my plumbing.

Extreme Plumbing rip off artist Called up and guy tells me Just to let you know all jobs start at $250. and we can't come out till two weeks Whaaat the !!!! I said thats was very unprofessional to say and I will call somebody else..The end.

Alex came out to assist on a clog drain I've been dealing with. The job was not easy, but he got it done. Was also professional enough to clean up after he was done which was more than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

BEWARE. Do not do business with this guy do business with this guy at all costs. He decided to divert my back gutters on my property for water that actually entered from the other side if the property. He dug a trench to run that water away.He then decided to tie the downspout from the back if the house and wrap it around the side of the house and tie into the front downspout.He was never authorized to do this work and when I spoke to him. Jared said he would fix i . He then proceeded to threaten my wife with law suits and mechanical leans on the home. Also said he fell from the ladder and was injured.Last I heard plumbers dont install gutters. He performed unauthorized work without talking to me the homeowner and then threatened my wife.Be warned bad practice.
