They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. My shower tub kept getting Clogged up and didn't know anything about plumbing so a buddy of mine mentioned philly plumbing pros luckily for me they were local and came right on time they're were professionals and took care of business in a timely manner.

Late yesterday afternoon we called for a plumber. Bob Clark showed up this morning at 8:30 after calling us first. He was efficient professional and did a great job we are very happy with the work.

Finally I found a plumber that did what was promised. Actually he even did a little bit extra. I called them to service my toilet that was leaking from underneath somewhere. After he finished he unclogged my sink n bathtub for free.He has a amazing work ethic but what was different about him was that when he talked about plumbing you could see that he loved everything about it. It was a joy to talk to him and the price was perfect. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber n they both thanked me.

Awesome customer service. They started a job on my block (2100 block garnet st.) And the city ended up taking over. The city workers left a huge pothole in the street and a big pile of dirt taking up a whole parking space. I didnt know the city took over so i called Draino to let them know about the mess that was left so after he told me it was the city i said ok i will call the city and Carlos offered to come out and fill the pothole and remove the pile of dirt even tho it was nottheir responsibility. Awesome guys and excellent customer service
