Best Electrical Repairs in Philadelphia PA

I’ll try to keep this long story short. In the beginning of July, 2022, I called Bill Frusco for an estimate for service. Upon receiving the estimate via email, they asked for a $400 deposit, for which I provided my debit card but told them not to use it as I had one more estimate to get. On 7/5/22, I let them know, again via email, that I had contracted with someone else and to shred my debit card information. Out of nowhere, on 7/15/22, I received a call from Molly to confirm my appointment on 7/18/22, which I clearly did not know anything about (nor was it even the date of service that I needed) and they proceeded to take $400 out of my bank account…without my authorization. Today is 7/25/22 and still don’t have my money back. BEWARE of this company!!!

I was completely satisfied with their work habits. I experienced great customer service from beginning to the end. I received an affordable quote which worked with my budget. The work ethic was above board. I highly recommend this company. They won't disappoint

I reached Rich right away who immediately figured out how to get a crew out to our place, and then he even talked me through turning off the water to our house in the meantime. Mike and his team arrived way quicker than we had expected, they were professional, efficient, helpful, and explained everything so clearly to us. They determined where the leak was coming from and what would need to be done. I would 100% call McClain Bros again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!
