They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

AC wasn't cooling as much. Chris came out to perform a diagnosis after Sila had added more freon the week prior. Turns out Sila made it worse. The amount of freon in the system needs to be at factory specifications for it to perform maximally. Chris removed all the freon and added it back in slowly to titrate to factory specifications. That fixed the problem, and it cost less than the wrong but more expensive step Sila had charged for. Unlike Sila, he also was honest and didn't tell us we needed a new unit entirely (our current unit is only 8 years old!). Will use Veteran again for future maintenance/repair.

We had a gas leak in our house last night, and Derrick and another plumber came by this morning, gave a quick assessment, and came back in the afternoon to make the repairs.
