I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Reliable was very fast to respond to me yesterday, send someone out to look at our issue and then arrange to replace my hot water heater. They were able to schedule service within 24 hours and completed the work professionally and at a fair price. Very positive experience.

It now says that Philadelphia Plumbing Services (PPS) is temporarily closed (8/25/2021) and maybe my issues are connected with this closure. However, my experience with this company was terrible. They didn't show for the appointment (w/o giving any explanation) and didn't return calls.I made an appointment to install hook-ups for a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. A week before the appointment, my wife called to ask some minor questions. Scheduler Graham took down the questions, but neither called back nor had answers for my wife when she called back several days later.On the day of the appointment (our questions still hadn't been answered), no one had came during the arrival window PPS had given us. I therefore called for an ETA. Graham told me he that he would try to reach the plumber. When I hadn't heard back after 20 minutes, I called again and was told that the plumber was MIA and that it wasn't clear when he would arrive. The plumber never showed and I never heard back from anyone at PPS, not even the next day. Very, very strange experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Nick was great honest, professional, friendly and did quality work. Definitely would recommend his services.
