Tony was very responsive he was able to fix my issue the same day. He sent photos and explained everything step by step. He also provided information on how to prevent having the same problem again. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use ifixdit again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the method of payment. If I could pay online this would have been the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Although everything went great it was a little eerie giving my credit card number over the phone. If you've got septic drain problems call ifixdit. Thumbs up all around!!

Never had a better experience! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to do so. Mr. Wells made me feel so comfortable especially since I have no clue about renovations. He went through everything with me and answered all of my questions. He got my bathroom done in time and it’s beautiful. I would definitely recommend him. I contacted McClain Bros after trying to call multiple other emergency plumbers and having no luck. I had a basement full of water and was feeling desperate. I reached Rich right away who immediately figured out how to get a crew out to our place, and then he even talked me through turning off the water to our house in the meantime. Mike and his team arrived way quicker than we had expected, they were professional, efficient, helpful, and explained everything so clearly to us.
