I called because my pipes are frozen, and after sharing some info and discovering what could be done (which was very little because of where they are frozen), I was advised to save the money by doing it myself, and given some very helpful tips on how to. They seem very honest and took the time to talk to me for a good 10 minutes and guide me through the steps that they would take if they were here.
