Good people are hard to find nowadays. Different plumbers come out before I finally found Tony. The first guy (from something “Rooters”) was rude but offered to do the job at a ridiculous amount. The second guy (from something Murphy) complained the whole time, took half the money, and said he’ll come back the next day to finish the job. Next day, he was 2 hours late. I told him don’t bother coming back.Tony was super professional, courteous, and quickly got the job done at a fair reasonable price. He took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was. I’m grateful for his patience and sensible demeanor. Good people are hard to find nowadays. I plan on saving his number and using his services in the future.

I discovered a leak in my water line, and called Bill Frusco this morning. The nice woman I spoke with at Frusco called back and was able to send a tech an hour after I called. The tech, Mark, was fantastic. He was professional, polite, and instilled confidence. He took a look at the problem, proposed the solution, and worked up a quote. He had availability in his schedule, so he set to work right away and the problem was quickly fixed. This repair takes a load off my mind. Thank you, Frusco!
