On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Once he arrived his approach to the work was very methodical and he answered all my questions regarding what he was doing. The work done was very professional. Brandon absolutely saved me after the Best Buy installation crew screwed me over. They made up a fake issue I'd need to have resolved before I could get the gas dryer they just delivered installed. He was able to come out the same day and finish the installation. We've been calling Brandon for common issues for years now and always got great service. I'm not a big review writer but I have to appreciate someone coming over to fix another crew's mistakes.

Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price. Absolutely amazing! Highly, HIGHLY recommend. I called them with an emergency kitchen sink leak on a Saturday. They came within a couple of hours and ahead of the scheduled time. Clean, professional, and quickly resolved the issue. I asked them to come back during the week to look at another issue. Again they were early and fixed the sink properly. I had 3 other plumbers fail to actually fix this crazy kitchen sink. The guys were super friendly and guaranteed their work. It's been a couple months and everything is still working great.

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!
