These guys are great! Had an emergency leak in one of our tenant's bathroom that was leaking down to first floor unit. They were able to come out within an hour and a half and fixed the problem! Great service!

Baikal Mechanical is much better than the HVAC “experts” I hired before. In fact, I'll go as far as to say they give local businesses a good name. They knew exactly what my system needed to be retrofitted with, and currently it's working better than ever. The owner is completely disrespectful and rude. Do not hire. They block up the street where their garages are and refuse to move their vehicles. He told me today “well I own all the garages and I’m making money so I don’t care”Completely disrespectful to the neighborhood.

I paid 50.00 for a service fee and Charlie told me when he returned to the office he would call me back and give me a quote on how much it would cost to fix my leaking gas pipe. I never received a call back. Also he told me it's the summer time and I have time to no worry about the leaking gas pipe. He made his quick 50.00 and bounced! Never again
