My living room ceiling had a bubble and I called Best plumbing solution and Akeem came to see what the scope of work entail. Later that evening he remove the toilet and the flang was rotten . I had hard water residue that I could no remove and he cleaned it for me. He also changed the water line.?He was professional and clean . I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber

Matt was great! Few weeks ago on a Saturday late afternoon when others didn't reply, Matt replied and was available. He came on time and was able to unclogged the main line. Greg, with the assistance of son Greg and Fess, did an excellent job installing new shower and tub units in two of our bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the results! We commend them on their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They were respectful of our home, accommodating, responsive, and punctual. Greg had done a plumbing job for us previously with which we were equally pleased.

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

I am a 82 yr. old handicapped widow on social security. I DO NOT LIE!!The only reason I let him in my house a second time is because he said he would fix my flange (he already knew my floor was warped when he promised to fix it) I thought he felt bad for overcharging me for the valve.Josephs was supposed to fix a valve in one bathroom and a flange in another. I was charged $425. to fix a valve. It took 10 minutes and a $18.00 part. A RIPOFF. When I complained to Joseph, he said he would fix my flange for $500. no matter what. He came the next day with a plumber I had requested he not bring because he was rude to me when he was fixing the valve.As Joseph entered my home, he was already revising his statement. Now he said he would do what he could do to fix the flange (a little different then fixing no matter what.). He charged me $300. and said the flange was fixed. Next day I had a carpenter in to tell me how much it would be to fix the floor and he said the flange was not fixed.I paid $725. and all Joseph's Affordable Plumbing did was fix the valve.
