After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

We are very thankful for the service we experienced with T.J.! I am a Realtor and T.J. was a big help to save a transaction to close on time with my buyer! Not only did he repair to our satisfaction, he understood our urgency and managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule to repair the wood rot, that the seller had not completed on time for my buyer! Our cellar backed up, and the technician arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before beginning work. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. The issue has been resolved, and we are pleased. Amazing response!

We came home and found our thermo expansion device broke and water spraying everywhere. We called Jeff's Kitchen and within an hour someone was out. Joe was our technician. I can not express enough my deepest gratitude for the level of service that was provided from the time we made the call up until Joe left. Joe was so amazing!! Vern and his crew were exceptional in their work and kept us informed on what they were doing. In my opinion they went above their duties. All were very friendly and courteous.

We needed 2 AC units replaced. The ProTech salesperson explained our options and didn't oversell us. The technicians installing the units were on time, kept the work areas clean and organized, answered all of our questions and were very professional. They stayed 12 hours for two separate days to completely install and test the units before leaving. They left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived, lol.I didn't get competitive quotes, but I'm fairly sure ProTech was competitive in price and did everything they could to ensure the job was done on time and done right. We're very happy with the results.

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.
