Septic tank pump out and inspection. Arrived early, professional job, very thorough, and all at a great price. Pat, Jason, and Andre provided excellent customer service. I recommend them, and will definitely call on them again.

After time and energy spent on deciding who would do our house repiping, we opted to use Jeff’s Kitchen Bath&Beyond.(We were informed by 2 kitchen&bath showrooms that they use them also). Well, if that wasn’t an acknowledgement of their confidence in the company’s personnel/workforce, than I don’t know what was.

So, we repiped our home with Jeff’s KB&B and it was the absolute right call we made. The 6-man crew, headed by service manager, Andrew, and foreman, Dustin, were diligent, hard working, put a first-rate plan into action and completed the job in 2 days. They were efficient, skilled and very knowledgeable. Afterwards, James, the drywall expert, completed the wall repairs to a tee!

We continued to use their plumbing services as we remodeled our master bathroom. Once again, the entire crew was efficient and very skilled.

So, now that you know who to call, don’t waste endless time and energy on your decision. I would only hope that other homeowners could give us a great referral on another aspect of home improvement!

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

We've used Jeff's twice now. Both times they were wonderful! Kristy in the office was so nice & helpful with explaining the process. The crews were timely and worked hard. Our 2nd time using them was for an emergency repipe & Riccardo helped work us into their schedule so my grandma wouldn't be without water for too long. Dustin & his crew are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

This company is so great! Joshua was on time and knowledgeable. He came and gave a quote and said that he could fix it today!!! So unbelievably happy and satisfied!! I thought the cost was a reasonable price also! I will definitely be using them again if I need too.

The people at Rainaldi did a great job. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice, and someone got dispatched within a couple of hours to clean out my main drain line. And Lee came out and did a great job and explained everything and was very professional and helpful. I was able to utilize a $93 sewer line clean out special.
Now all my house drains work properly again!

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company
