Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

What a wonderful find! I am a 71 year old grandmother and have lived in my home for over 45 years. I have never written a review for a service before now, but have used reviews and word-of-mouth to guide me when making decisions.

Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

I have used this company twice in the last year and will hire them with complete confidence in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone.

I called for a backed up kitchen drain. Very nice customer service and very easy to book an appointment. My technician Jesus was great, he was super nice and professional. Simple clearing of the drain and it’s draining just fine. Good price for the work today. Thanks again!

The people at Rainaldi did a great job. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice, and someone got dispatched within a couple of hours to clean out my main drain line. And Lee came out and did a great job and explained everything and was very professional and helpful. I was able to utilize a $93 sewer line clean out special.
Now all my house drains work properly again!

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

The price was more than fair for the quality of work performed. I had new water heaters installed, kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, and shower trim installed. Mike was very upfront about how and where I can find discounted products prior to installation and what hiccups to look out for prior to moving forward so I could save money. I have done comparisons and my research and found they were honest from the get go. Omar treated my home like it was his home and even cleaned up afterward. If I ever need work done again, I won't hesitate to reach out to them.
