WONDERFUL COMPANY! My husband and I recently moved to the area and we were having a very hard time finding a reliable plumbing company that truly cared about its customers. Before finding Jeff’s we had received multiple quotes that were completely different for the repiping underneath of our sink. I had called Jeff’s based on the great reviews to ask for an estimate of the job and the gentleman who handles the scheduling was so wonderful. He was direct with what the cost would be and so pleasant to speak with. He was able to have us scheduled for the repair the very next day. Our technician Jimmy exceeded my expectations! He was by far the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. Not only was he extremely hardworking and professional he was so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He completely transformed the mess of original piping that was installed incorrectly below our sink and restored it working order. We will 100% be using Jeff’s plumbing again thanks to the wonderful work and kindness we received from our technician Jimmy!

Albert was great. He fixed my boys shower in a timely manner so they didn’t have to use mine anymore. Came when he said he would and text me when he was on his way. Would definitely recommend.

Bill Richmond was the plummer that Choice sent and I am so thankful for that he is amazing at what he does and is kind and flexible with his schedule will always ask for him and will use Choice whenever I need plumbing help

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Thanks Again Toby!

Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great experience with Express Plumbing. Janet who took my initial call and scheduled the appointment was polite and helpful. Juan and Steve who installed my hybrid water heater were professional and did a great job. If needed I'd use this company again.

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

After getting terrible service from another plumbing company I called Acorn Plumbing because they were close and had good reviews. Best decision! Although I was not at the house when Brad arrived, my Dad was there and couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and efficiency in fixing what was wrong. We were extremely pleased with the work done by the team from Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Their price was reasonable, their people worked incredibly hard, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did a complete repipe of our house in one (long) day and arranged for the inspection and drywall repair very quickly. We would give them the highest recommendation possible and will use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
