Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Even though he had to jackhammer the concrete to make the repair my water was back on in a few hours. He even fixed my leaky hose spigot free of charge and a dicount for google review.

I called for a backed up kitchen drain. Very nice customer service and very easy to book an appointment. My technician Jesus was great, he was super nice and professional. Simple clearing of the drain and it’s draining just fine. Good price for the work today. Thanks again!

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I requested an estimate of the cost of a new Air Conditioner as well as a replacement cover for the return air and a replacement of a unique duct cover. I was given an appointment with a photo of the gentleman, Richard, would be coming to my home.

Richard examined the existing unit, asked questions relating to my comfort settings, quoted a price and all details, explained the warranty and the free services for a year and promptly set up a date when it would be convenient to install the new unit

Again, I was sent a photo of Danny, who would be installing the unit. Everything was accomplished swiftly and efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit’s controls.

We had an emergency in our home and Grace plumbing was a life saver. Very professional and courteous and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any sort of pluming work.

Poor communication & beware of their surcharges of nearly $100. They will quote you with something seemingly reasonable & then change it the day of..a 30 minute job should not cost $400. Not to mention, they can never give you an appointment time yet they will charge by the hour. If you’re a business & aren’t on the premise upon their arrival, this is very inconvenient. Will never recommend or use again.
