I filled out online form, no response. I called and was told to supply pictures for estimate, did that. No reply after repeated attempts to get in contact with them. Professional they are not if they cannot even respond to an inquiry.

The owner response is untrue. While there may be an opinion formulated by the person saying I’m lying is completely false. I have no gripe other than to say there’s no professional aspect to this company based my lack there of.

Great service from the Service Tech Thomas Marshall. He was very informative and knowledgeable as well as a true Professional. He just reaffirmed why I have always used Modern Plumbing and will continue to in the future.

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Mike with MJS is an honest and reliable company. During the recent storms through Central Florida, most companies were either ignoring my call or trying to scam me in a time of need. Mike assured me he would take care of all of the damages to my home in a timely manner and honest price. Owning a custom home with unique architecture, I was so pleased and excited to see MJS fix all of the damage done by those nasty storms. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.
