Had a disconnected line to our ice maker- they reconnected it without checking for leaks. Unfortunately it caused thousands in damage and we had to replace our kitchen. They gave us a 25% discount on the service.

Outstanding re-plumbing Job!!! I contracted Shamrock/Mark for this job and believe me during the re-piping I was some what skeptical because of all the penetrations that they had to do in order to run the PEX pipes. The crew was excellent!! They were very methodic and careful. The level of detail used to accomplish this job was right on point. After the re-plumbing they clean and left the house neat. The next day the Drywall crew came in to cover the holes and when they were done everything looks better than before. You cannot tell that this re-piping took place. Then we painted the few walls that needed to be painted and everything looks perfect!! I am a Home Inspector and we are very detail oriented. Hands down for Shamrock and his crew. Thumbs up!!

I have had Ben Franklin out to my house as well as rental properties on various occasions. Several of the issues were somewhat complicated (issues below the slab) while other were very simple (water heater issues). After my first dealing with Bill and his crew I knew whether it was simple or complicated, I was confident that the job would be done in a cost effective and quality manner. Knowing that I can leave service techs in my house to do their work so I can get back to mine really means a lot to a small business owner. On one occasion, the technician actually proposed an idea much simpler than the one I had originally suggested which ended up saving me several hundred dollars. It takes a lot to make another service guy happy, and they have done just that every single time I have called them.
