My window of arrival was 11:30-1:30p. But Austin arrived much earlier, and I was happy about. He got in and went to work right away. He was quick, and professional. Kind and polite.

WORST EVER...Plumber Tom came out, said he had been a plumber for 30 years yet he broke my sewer pipe with his shovel ON PURPOSE and then told me my lines were collapsed and it would be $3,800 to replace my outside sewer lines, then did NO clean up at all, just left dirt everywhere and a dangerous deep hole by my front door and charged me over $200!!. Needless to say I called another plumbers and i only ACTUALLY had roots by the sidewalk end of my pipe and they replaced that portion and they had to fix the hole Tom did on the other end of the pipe by my front door, and they put in a clean out all for $520. Herrell is a rip off!!

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
