The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

I just had Jeff's kitchen and bath re-pipe my house with Pex. They got the whole thing done in 1 day (3100 sqft). The guys were knowledgeable and worked well together. You could tell they took pride in their work. I definitely recommend this company.

Kevin of Grace Plumbing was able to assist in a situation that was impossible to accomplish on our own with tools we could have rented ourselves. He came over and was extremely friendly laying out what was going to happen and diagnosed the issue with ease. Following the diagnosis he then was able to give us an estimate and get to work immediately. Not only was the issue fixed in just under 5 minutes, but he was extremely thorough in making sure the issue would not come up again. The system is now performing better than it ever used to.

I had the terrible misfortune of signing a lease with TheListingREM who sent over a contractor who came to my rental property a total of 10 times before being able to solve half of my problem.

Rob from Associated Piping came over to the house and in less than 2 hours had my unit up and running, a unit which supposedly had a bunch of leaks and needed replacing reported by the previous company (Scotts AC repair -AVOID-)

Kevin was called to come and look at a leaking pipe in our Water Main. He came and quoted my Fiance (I was at work all day) for the Job. $2,500 for replacing a Water Main Pipe. Nothing was signed and work was not authorized, yet he went on with the Job on his own accord. I returned home to my 6 Month old Daughter and Fiance outside the house and this stranger in my kitchen. I informed him that the $475 I was told that Insurance would not cover wold be paid in full up front, and that the rest of the balance the insurance company would definitely cover (his words) would be paid on a Net 10 or Net 30 basis once I have confirmation from my insurance company-it was up to him. He informed me that's not how this works and that he was gonna get his money. I asked if anything was authorized or signed for the work, at which point he became equal parts enraged and embarrassed; because it had not. I told him that I tried, in vain, to be reasonable, and would still more than gladly pay the $475 upfront- even with his horrible attitude and unprofessionalism. He once again refused, so I said that he would not be getting paid that day. At this point, he raised himself up, and I thought the altercation would turn physical. He ran outside, and I followed him, trying to keep distance between him and my family. He grabbed a wrench, and I called the police. He went to take what was his, ripped the Water Main from the wall, destroyed part of my outside facade, ran to his car and drove away like a coward. The police showed up a few minutes later to take down the details, and a report has been filed.

I would recommend literally any other Plumbing service that Grace's, unless you are in the market for mentally unstable, professionally impotent pieces of garbage unaware (willfully or not) of even the most basic principles of Services Rendered.
