I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! We called Shamrock about a repiping job and from the start, they were professional, timely and dealt with the owner. Their plumbing team was excellent and made us feel very comfortable about a job we were very stressed over. The arrived on time and were done when they said they would.The dry wall person was excellent too. He was friendly and fast. I have gotten good reviews from family and friends over the wall repairs.Shanrock explained everything I need to know and followed up to make sure we are still happy. And we are happy.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...
