Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. Someone came to the house to check out what’s wrong with our ac unit. I thought we are only going to pay $89 dollars to diagnose the problem. I was caught off guard when he said we owed $300. He should have flat out mentioned the extra fee before doing any work. He just opened and closed the ac. He also was quoting some ridiculous amount of money to replace our ac unit. I asked him to email the specs and estimate so I can understand better what he was quoting. He never did and instead he just emailed me the invoice. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with the service because there’s so much advertisements and hype about this company. I would not recommend. I found someone else to do my ac unit for half the price and replacing everything brand new for half the cost.

Very prompt to Identify Problem an put repairs into motion. Explaining all to me prior to start of parts replacement. Final Testing proved all to be perfectly done. Refrigerant charge was verified to be in correct range. Very Knowledgeable an efficient for sure. Hats off to a job well done!
