You call them again and find out you were never talking to the company but a dispatch center. When you tell them the driver never showed the dispatch says Great sarcastically. The dispatch tells you they'll call you right back after they find their driver. One hour later, no call. You call back three to four times and they now don't answer the phone. When you finally get ahold of dispatch you complain about the situation and you're told that this is common for drivers to just not show up.
