I called and explained the issue I was facing with the water on my property, the guy sounded like he was high while he was taking my information. Either way I scheduled my appointment because I wanted advice and a quote. The guy said it was my sprinkler system and had to turn on MY sprinkler system to see if it was the issue. He said yes and charged me $98 for a diagnostic test. Mind you, the guy i originally made the appointment with never told me there would be a fee for anything. Moreover, I had him quote me for some work I wanted done the guy said we brake the walls and remove everything but we do not fix what we break or repair the wall after doing the work. So I said okay how much he said $1,600 just to put two pipelines in the back of my wall in the bathroom and laundy room! $1,600 for a half done job? They don't even do the whole job? CRAZY!

I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes.
