Best Certified Plumbing in Orlando FL

My company uses them Quarterly to come empty our grease trap. They always call us a few days before they send Van. He is best always on time very through . He always makes sure we are satisfied before he leaves.

I had a plumber inspection and the inspector Brad was on time very professional,polite,have a lot of knowledge about the work. I definitely recommended this Company this was my first time using with them.And I call them again if I need to. I an very please with the service.

On Friday evening aroound 9 pm, one of our daughters called us in a panic because water was pouring through one of her vent ducts. We called our usual plumber and they were unable to send anyone out. We all called several other plumbers and they, too, were unable to send anyone out. I called Shamrock Plumbing and left a message. A very nice woman called me right back and said that a plumber would be there within the hour. She asked me where the general area was which I provided to her and she the asked me to text the name and address to her. While I was locating the address of the condo, a rep from the building advised that they were sending maintennace there and that it would not be necessary for us to pay a plumber. I called Shamrock Plumbing right back and they thanked me for notifying them as a plumber was already en route to our area. Although we did not end up needing them after all, their service was efficient, friendly, and understanding and I would absolutely utilize their services in the future.

I am truly pleased with the maintenance service I received today. Michael from R. J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Inc. is the absolute best. A true professional who is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE CERTIFIED PLUMBING. I had to have their shoddy work redone by a competent plumber. They demanded full payment despite not delivering working plumbing. Then, while negotiating, they threatened a lien. Use anyone else. Seriously.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

They failed to find the leak even though they admitted that there was one. They attempted to get another plumber to come and help them but neither business ever contacted me or came out again. I waited a week and called several times, only to be ignored. I am now having to find someone else to do this work.

Absolutely the most horrible experience from any service company. The owner has anger issues. I called Grace Plumbing a week ago to schedule an appointment. Kevin, the owner, told me John, the plumber, would contact me to schedule a date and time. John called me the next day and we set Saturday at 8 am. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be home to meet John. It's 8:20 am- no John. I call Grace Plumbing several times - straight to voicemail. I call John's cell. He finally answers to tell me he had an emergency but he'll be here by 10:30. It's now 10:40 am and John's phone goes straight to voice. I call Grace plumbing. Kevin is angry at me, literally yelling at me. He said I should have called him and should not have scheduled a Saturday appointment. He went on to rant about how terrible John is and how he is going to fire him. The whole time I'm thinking is this guy for real? I told him I no longer require their service and that I'd let everyone I know know of my horrible experience. Kevin, you were inappropriate, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Shane on you and Shane on Grace Plumbing. I wish I could assign negative stars. Stay away from this terrible company!

Mark did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field of work. I really appreciate this company sending their best to resolve my plumbing needs. I would recommend “Ace Solves It All” to others for sure.😁

Brad's guys did an amazing job. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom to my downstairs. They identified the leak, fixed it and also cleaned up some of the messy piping. They were very professional, clean and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Really appreciated the brother who guided me with the right decision on our plumbing issue at a new house we bought. He could have been greedy like so many companies, but he took the time to explain things through and he proved right. The least I can do for him is pay it forward and help the next person. This is what Jesus would do. God bless this business.

Called right before the 4th of July holiday weekend about a non-emergency issue related to low water pressure. I was able to get an appointment for July 5th, which was faster than I expected. The visit took less than an hour and the plumber, John, explained different options I could choose from of how to fix our house's pressure issues and then quickly completed the repairs once we decided. John was very friendly and helpful, and our issue was completely resolved.

They're very good and professional.

John was pleasant and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable and told me how he could fix my problems. He told me what the cost was and let me decide what was to be done. He did what I agreed to quickly and left no mess. I was satisfied with his work. Good job.

We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend using this business if you’re in need of replacing your AC unit as it ages out!

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

You did everything you said you would do and the guys on-site backed up your promises. And they weren't stopping until the job was done. I can't recommend you and your team more! We are an extremely satisfied customer.
