Best Plumbing Contractor in Oklahoma City OK

Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

Worst plumbing experience I've had. Weirdly would only come in my back door (hadn't even come in to look at the problem). Looked like his equipment hadn't been used before. When he arrived I had a clogged drain, and by the time he left -- the drain was still clogged and I had a leak under my house. And, of course, he charged me. I paid him just to get him out of my house because I was so uncomfortable. Felt like I was getting cased.

**I can't respond to the owner's response so I'm just editing my review. I'm not sure how I intimidated this guy. I'm a little over 6 feet tall (certainly not 6'8) and just stood there while they worked so I could see what they were doing. I'd like to have fixed it next time on my own. I suppose that was intimidating. I don't know much about plumbing -- I just know after a different plumber came out the next day they were able to clear the clog and fix the leak (including the cast iron) for not much more than I paid this guy. I'm sorry he had a bad experience dealing with me. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I called Mendez Plumbing on a Sunday morning and he was at my home at the exact time he stated. We discussed my options with my water heater and I decided to go with a new one. Milton was friendly, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Mendez Plumbing!

I was massively overcharged for Freon on a weekend with temps reaching 100 they new they had me in a bind and took complete advantage of the situation. I questioned the price of the Freon and was basically told take or leave it. They couldn’t even tell me why they were charging 175 dollars for a pound of Freon which I have since found out is outrageous. Don’t use this company!!!!!!!!

Great experience. Had an unexpected leak with our hot water heater relief valve and they came out same day to repair. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
