I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I hate to write such a low rating on service, I am always appreciative when I can get the work done as promised. However, I had an overcharge, which, I immediately discussed with the office personnel and was promptly issued a refund for the overcharge, that is the reason for the two star rating because she was very helpful in that area.

The shower wand that was installed worked just fine immediately after install however, I checked a couple minutes after install and before he left and found that the diverter was not transferring the water properly to the shower wand, and it was coming out both ends of the shower wand and faucet. I pointed it out to him before he left but we both forgot about it. I expect a service man to remember a problem and double back and check it out for performance before he leaves. He did not...

The second item, was the leak in the bathroom faucet he was unable to fix it because I have a moen and I understand the parts are not easily come by and he has to go to the warehouse to get the part, but for a small plumbing job, I cannot afford to have a $300 plumbing bill for such a small job, so I told him to put it back together, so now I still have a leak and my shower wand is sub par.

My husband was coming home from the hospital the next day as a new amputee and I was trying to get his bathroom fixed up for him. Needless to say I was hesitant to call for a call back because of the charges.

Saturday you toilets backed up. I called a few places and Macs got plumbers out within an hour. Within 30 minutes the plumbers had everything working as it should.

Don's Plumbing was great to work with during the recent arctic blast. Don completely replumbed the water well and did a great job, working after hours to get my water restored. HATS OFF TO YOU, DON!

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER
