Having been with a home warranty company for quite some time I've become accustomed to service providers with shady online ratings and reputations so u can imagine my surprise when a cheerful young lady named Candace called to inform me that she was dispatching one of her plumbers to my home the very next day !! I immediately checked the online for OKC Drainworks and was elated to see not only a Google 5 star rating but a AAA Better Business Bureau rating as well. The next day Jason was prompt when he arrived he was very courteous and professional quickly diagnosing the problem and making the necessary repairs without delay. I can't say enough about the service I received from OKC Drainworks and won't hesitate to recommend or use them in the future

We have a difficult drain clean out. Tree issue. Bobby came next day. A very nice gentleman. He did a fantasic job and didn't leave a mess. My husband usually does it and over the years I have had 4 or 5 professionals out. This guy was the best! Big large line w the appropiate bit. He didnt accidently come into the kitchen.
