I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

Joe did a great job with the problem I had. Was on time, personable and knowledgeable about his job. He went as far as to explain what he was doing and answered all questions I had. He is very upfront with pricing and reasonably priced. Will call again if I need a plumber would highly reccomend him to do the job!

Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.

Had my old tankless heater removed and replaced with a new Rinnai recirculating heater. Daniel was awesome. They are extremely fair on pricing. When they ran into a time issue he called out more guys to help and got everything done in time with no extra charge. Charge was way too high for snaking 60' of drain. Service man played dumb and padded time by talking and fussing with things thant didn't add to repair. They wanted an additional $370 charge to repair sewer pipe that was broken into to snake. Told them no, stop. Told we were changed holiday rate 12/26. No previous mention of that. Very disappointed. Felt like we were being taken advantage of.

As a property manager, Stone Creek is my go-to for anything in the realm of plumbing in the Metro--they quickly contact and schedule a convenient time for the tenant, making the tenant happy...and I'm kept in the loop regarding the problem, what choices are available, and a reasonable estimate that I can pass on to the owner for approval. Rick especially is a fantastic advocate and takes really good care of us, explaining the most technical details in a way that is understandable.
