Josh came in quick to fix it. He recognized the issue right away and was able to quickly replace the worn-out flapper in the water tank. The service was efficient, reliable, and cost-effective - much better than the services I have received from other companies in the past.

Bailey Brothers sent out a technician named Carlos to help us with a thermostat issue and I also had him check out some other things in my attic while he was here (a repair done by another HVAC company several months before). He told me that the repair was fine but he also noticed a vent pipe from the bathroom that had been busted that needed to be vented through the roof and also gave me some other information to keep in mind if there was a need for future repairs to my HVAC system. This young man was so courteous, respectful and helpful that I could not recommend this company more.

They spent a little time going over everything with a fine toothed comb and presented multiple options for repair.
We are planning to remodel the problem area so we opted for the temporary option. Zane was very clear about all options and what to expect, was very professional and fixed the issue.

I was in a pickle and Dave came thru for me. Had no hot water and he put in a new tankless unit and I love it. As always he was very professional and cleaned up before and after the install. I would hiring Dave for any of my plumbing needs.
