My mother and I watch over an older gentleman we have known for several years. He had a leaky toilet valve. We called for an after hours service call. The plumber showed up and diagnosed the problem. However, the plumber was not able to locate the main shut off valve leading to his home. It was getting dark so the plumber decided to leave and come back another day. Prior to the departure, the plumber saw a box on the side of the home and thought it was the turn off to the water supply. The box very clearly says telephone on the side. Our older friend was charged $150 service fee and was simply told just to put a cup under the leak. The plumber cannot come back until Saturday at 3:00 PM. This happened on Wednesday evening. Our friend waited around all day for the plumber and they never showed up. When we called back to ask why they never came, we were told that the plumber sat in his driveway for 15 minutes and never once knocked on the front door. We asked if they would go back out and we were told that our elderly friend will have to pay a $200 fee for the parts store to open so they could get the proper part to fix his toilet valve. The first plumber that went out had the part on is vehicle. At this point, Brandon‘s plumbing is aware of what our elderly friend needs to fix his league. Yet they sent the second plumber to his home without the proper part. That is when we were told that our friend would need to pay the $200 fee to open the parts store. We were told by the after hours lady that we would be contacted by 10 o’clock Sunday morning. Here it is Sunday afternoon and we have not heard when they will be back out to repair the leak. At this point, we will find a different plumbing shop. This behavior is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Our elderly friend is upset that he paid $150 just to have a cup put under the leak to catch the water. I am disappointed that the business cannot be ran with more professionalism than this. I am even more disturbed that a plumber cannot distinguish the difference between a telephone box and a water shut off valve. We will be taking our plumbing business elsewhere.

These guys do an awesome job! Their response time was really quick and they were very friendly. I highly recommend them!!
