Bad service they are too expensive and lazy

Recently had a new encounter with this company. They tried to charge a service fee of $65 and ultimately ended up quoting $475 to run a snake. That and the service fee weren’t paid and a phone call from the boss was requested. When he called he used the words q*eer and *itch and that we were going to get ours. After the incident they lied and said we were told 3 times about the service fee which is false. They have all this good stuff about how great they are on Facebook and it’s all a scam. They have a Better Business Bureau Score of an F. Stay away from this business. This is one of the bad ones!

Great, honest company that does excellent work

I had a sillcock (outdoor spigot) that needing replacing. My first thought was to do it myself, but with my bad luck with any kind of plumbing issues I instead called Bailey Bros. Robert came out and replaced it with ease. No leaks and I finally can water my garden without losing 75% of it through the spigot. Thanks Robert and Bailey Brothers.

Very friendly guys! They were fast (fixed my sink, got in and out in under 45 min!) and Robert gave me some great tips on how to keep the same problem from happening again. Highly recommend!
