Paul came out to fix a gas leak the day after Thanksgiving 2013.My in-laws smelled gas and we called ONG to check the leak . They found the leak in the fireplace and turned off the gas. They wouldn't turn it back on until we got the leak fixed. We had guests and now we had no hot water or heat.My wife called Plumb Crazy and kind of broke down because on top off all this she's due to give birth next week. Plumb crazy was very understanding and got Paul and another guy to come out quickly.They capped the gas line to the fireplace and removed some of the old line in about 90 minutes. The repair cost $350. With in laws in town and a baby on the way we were very happy to have the leak fixed and to have heat and hot water back on within 3-4 hours of discovering the leak.
