Robert and Skylar got my sewer cleared after it had become clogged and They were able to find out what was clogging it (Roots). I appreciate their professionalism and taking the time to explain things so I could understand.

I called them because my shower was clogged. It cost me $120 for them to pull out a hair ball and leave my white shower walls splattered with brown drain liquid that they did not bother to wipe off. For that much money they should have cleaned up after themselves.

He is patient with kids and pets, he explains things as he works, and he is respectful of property. He manages his time well, and always bids appropriately for the job. His pricing not only competitive, but is always honest as well...he doesn't do any superfluous work, and is willing to discuss the potential outcome of any decision I make before I have to decide.

The responsiveness and quick work was top tier. We had run into a plumbing issue that caused us to use the local YMCA to shower and had reached out to our warranty provider and the wait would have been significant. We were able to get a hold of QHS the same morning and they sent someone out the next morning and we were able to resolve the issue much sooner than we had expected.
