For this last appointment I had to call a few times because I kept finding extra things I wanted worked on and they had no problem adding on my requests. Had Nowell & Sons Plumbing perform a gas meter reset for me. I was impressed with the cost of the service and initial response from the company, so I decided to have them do a lot more work for me. Called for an estimate on multiple projects and tech arrived on time. Was told company wanted to do each and every project for me. Unfortunately, that is when things went south. It was the holiday season, so I waited patiently. After several weeks went by. I called about the estimates, and called, and called, and called. All I received were apologies and excuses, but no estimates. I finally gave up and went with another company. I realize the company is small and family owned, but you would expect some kind of response after several weeks waiting, instead of being ignored; very unprofessional.

The responsiveness and quick work was top tier. We had run into a plumbing issue that caused us to use the local YMCA to shower and had reached out to our warranty provider and the wait would have been significant. We were able to get a hold of QHS the same morning and they sent someone out the next morning and we were able to resolve the issue much sooner than we had expected. I am definitely pleased with the services provided and will absolutely be referring to friends and family.
