Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. On 10/08/2021 Rucker Electric installed a Generac generator there entire team was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the product. Ryan is who was out and give us an estimate he was on the job from beginning to completion and most helpful to go over the product and even helped to set it up on our cell phone. Don's Plumbing really came through for us today! Our pipe burst, and water went everywhere! I called at least a dozen plumbers and Don's was one of the only ones to even give me an ETA on service. Then when they learned we were close to the area he was already out working in, he came by after hours and helped us out. They didn't know it, but we have a son with special needs, and we depend on our water to keep his medical supplies clean. They did us such a huge favor without even knowing the extent of it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Don was so kind and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.

Answered the phone with What? What do you want? and when I described the problem I got a What do you want me to do? They must not want business at all.
