These guys were great and really easy to work with. The estimate was free. Their price was $600 less than Mr. Rooter (who I do not recommend). Preston was extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and absolutely up front about pricing. I couldn’t be more happy. I definitely recommend VIP Plumbing.

This company is great. I had two very large leaks that were very hard to locate. These guys came out, found them, and did a great job fixing them. They were very friendly and professional. They kept me informed on what they were doing. They also did a great job of cleaning up. The price was a lot better than any of their competitors. Scheduling was very easy and they came out the next day. I would highly recommend using this company.

They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

They explained they have been working literally around the clock just trying to get people's water flowing, but would come back around if needed once the emergencies were taken care of.

There was no need! In and out in 40 minutes! Probably would have been 20 if I hadn't been so inquisitive.

On 10/08/2021 Rucker Electric installed a Generac generator there entire team was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the product. Ryan is who was out and give us an estimate he was on the job from beginning to completion and most helpful to go over the product and even helped to set it up on our cell phone. We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Their guy came out did nothing but looked at our leaking shower and took some pictures. He said they would have to order a part and be back. Then told our home warranty that because ONG knicked our water line it was causing the leak. We ended up convincing the home warranty that they were making up excuses to not do the work. They sent another plumbing company today who fixed the issue with no additional parts and agreed that our water line being knocked had nothing to do with the shower leaking. If I would have called them myself to come out and paid them directly I would be contacting them for a refund of the service call. I would not recommend thiscompany!
