Technician had no electrical water heater knowledge or experience. He thus could not diagnose the problem, could only call in and suggest complete replacement of all thermostats and elements at a high cost. Totally useless $74 service call.

11/12/20 I wanted to update my review and add that JJ is so skilled, friendly, honest, and helpful. He came back and did more work on my house and he did a fantastic job. He is always quick to reply and very professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything when I have questions and is also a wonderful person to be around. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need anything done at your house, definitely get in touch with him!

JJ is incredibly talented, friendly, professional, and skilled. He has become my go-to person for practically any issue with my house. He is incredibly responsive and fair and always goes above and beyond to do a great job. He takes a lot of pride in his work- and even more, he really cares about people and making sure that he does everything he can to solve the issue. I could not recommend anyone more.
