Best Home Addition in Oakland CA

These guys are my first call in the east bay. I own 5 older buildings with issues. Mauros are total pros and they always charge fairly. If you have an emergency they bend over backwards to take care of you. If you are in their area I can't recommend them enough.

Jason and his team re-arranged their schedule to accommodate our semi-emergency the other day when we had water pouring out of our broken water heater. He and his great plumbers were here the next day to completely take care of the problem. They were professional and timely, and worked very well with my wife on this job. Highly recommended, and we will definitely call Alligator first next time!

Mike installed a new Williams Top Vent wall Furnace. He did a great job. He arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do. Install the Furnace in a timely manner, Left no mess, and at a very fare price. The next time I need any pluming or heating work to be done I will call Diamond Plumbing and Heating. That's for sure. Jorge, came to our shop for a last minute Repair we needed In our commercial building. We own a print shop and had our grand opening the next day. Jorge replace the plumbing in our bathroom and installed a new sink. He stayed until 11:00 pm to complete the job. Jorge is very respectful, clean and reliable, but the most important he knows what he is doing. We have use his company for over 12 years and never had a complaint. We’re very satisfied and will always recommend his company.

Service level is great. They stick with an issue until they have figured out how to resolve it. They can service boilers which is a rare find.

Tech Joshua Swanger responded to my home on a Friday night at 10pm. I am recently out of the hospital and my A/C, a 5yr old Trane unit installed by their predecessor, had quit working again. It needed a start capacitor, which he quickly repaired and got my system working again. I am very happy with the company response and the tech's service. TRANE...I'll never buy another Trane. Fixed it last year...fixed it this year..probably have to fix it next year. Not the quality I expected from Trane.

The owner of this company did a job for him on a shower glass for his house valued at $ 2000, the guy wanted to go smart and only paid me $ 1000, he kept the rest of the money and kept the glass, he didn't want to pay the other money inventing that he did not like glass and it was what he asked I wanted to fix the problem in several ways and there was no solution The scoundrel wanted to keep my money and the glass without paying
