Augusto, the owner answered my initial call, scheduled a free estimate and arrived right on time. I'm so glad I paid extra for him to use his camera to look at our drainage system. He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix! I wish more contractors had this type of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency as Underground Rooter does.

Nice and very knowledgeable about water heater service but they charged 500$ to replace a 35$ item in an hour on Monday the 26th. Not sure how to justify that.

They were able to come out and fix my septic system in a timely manner, saving me the hassle of calling multiple other contractors who wouldn't be able to come out until later in the week.
