I called the number listed on their page and was directly connected to Gerald (the owner I believe) to schedule a service consultation. I've already had two companies come out before to come out for a hydronic heater that seemingly no-one in the bay had knowledge to service. Over the phone, Gerald went over things that could have gone wrong and provided an in-depth analysis and even agreed to come out without a charge if nothing required work.

He arrived ontime, ready to work with equipment and tools in hand and with a courteous and professional attitude. He spent the next 45 minutes diagnosing the air heater and running me through all the things that could go wrong. In the end, he flushed the system and provided an honest opinion that the air handler was working correctly, just that the water heater temperature had to be raised in order to generate hotter air.

Gerald was honest, knowledgeable and provided possible next steps to improving heating performance. He stayed true to his word and did not bill me as nothing needed immediate replacement. (I still tipped to cover his time and gas). Should something go wrong with my heater in the future, California Plumbing & Radiant Heating will be the first people I call!

He recommended a different faucet set than I wanted and figured he knows his stuff and went with what he recommended. Their price was lower than the others. Set up a day and time for the tech to come out and he roughed in all the plumbing. Then I did all my magic and then set up a day and time for the tech to return and finish off the job. All this was thru emails, which can be a pain. Everything went better than I thought it would. Techs were great, called first to say they were in route, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. If I remodel my shower, in the other bathroom, I’m calling Alligator Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to everyone !!!

Raul is the best plumber I ever had to deal with. He cares and does a fantastic job. I was remodeling my bathroom and the pipes were very corroded. Raul came to the rescue and fixed everything. My contractor was so impressed with his workmanship. He did a very clean job that will last for years.

Service level is great. They stick with an issue until they have figured out how to resolve it. They can service boilers which is a rare find.
