Very professional service over the phone and technician!!!!

As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

Rey has done a few large jobs on my house: replaced all our old water pipes; more recently the hot water heater. Also smaller jobs and we've been very happy with his work.

The folks at Mr. Rooter were terrific--they scheduled my appointment right away, let me know who was coming, and Uriel did a terrific job installing the new toilet. Reasonable price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I've used alligator plumbing in the past as well. They're very professional and their work is too notch. When reviewing the work, PGE said that the work is amazing and he would have done it exactly like that.
