Good service for water heater repair in summerlin

They came out quick based on my diagnostic view. There tech was quick in my opinion not very knowledgeable but eager to fix the issue with direction. Reasonable price no upsale and honest so ill take it. Sloppy cleanup tho.

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Thought the pricing was a tad bit too expensive.

This douchbag was driving recklessly today going west on tropicana around 6:30pm over the speed limit, honking, showing middle fingers and tail gaiting others to get thru. Very undignified way of getting around. I can only imagine what his temperament be while doing business. Definitely will not recommend such jerks for work.

These guys are great! My kitchen sink collapsed from under the kitchen countertop because the builder failed to install a required bracket. I gave Capital a call and they were out the same day to fix it. Dave and Dan, 2 brothers that know what they're doing. The price is fair and I trust their work. Highly recommended!

Brandon was superb in handling our water heater issues efficiently and with lasting results. He explained the problem thoroughly and made me understand his efforts to correct the issue.

Alex Valencia was absolutely amazing with every part of his visit with us. He was friendly, personable, informative and most of all HONEST. I was worried about being taken advantage of as the middle person for my aging grandmother and Dad whose AC has recently been replaces 4 years ago by lord knows who. Alex, was not only the positive things fore-mentioned, but he also was 2.5 hours EARLY in the stated time in which we were told could be a possibility and we said of course!! We had called other businesses and no others even compared to how friendly Gabby was just taking our appointment over the phone, in addition Alex was cool calm and collected dealing with the 105 degree weather in which we stayed with Alex bc he was so enjoyable with all the information and diagnostics he was able to share with us as three generations. He also let us borrow a small ac unit until replacement was done!! I am not only happy and satisfied with having replaced our 4 year old system, but have more confidence now in their business and purchased our 1 years worth of maintenance with them in advanced. Again, if we could have Alex come back for our other issues we addressed on a more air conditioned day, we will definitely recommend this business and ALEX VALENCIA for our future a/c heating and plumbing needs!

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
