They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. A buddy recommended I call Las Vegas handyman and ask for Jay. Jay Siharath came by to a home I was absolutely concerned about. He gave me fair estimates for all of the work and honestly helped me feel better about my whole situation. The estimate was free!! He was super thorough and I really had no more concerns after the visit. The people working reception were great as well. Definitely going to keep calling on them and recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. Do not use this company, they will not do the work that is needed and will steal your money. Do not ever give them or anyone your credit card before the work is done. They did not complete the work but still billed for work that was not done. Save yourself the headache and use a credible plumber because these are not professional plumbers by any means.

I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.
