NOT AS HONEST AS YOU WOULD THINK. So I called for an estimate because I was having low water pressure and a knocking sound from upstairs bathroom. The technician came over and said that it was the Pressure Regulator Valve. He did not touch it, did not try to turn the top of the valve nor the release. Gave me a quote of $425 normally but $375 today. I told him that I would give someone else a call for another estimate. Well, another company came over and the guy said it was the Pressure Regulator Valve, he went to his truck and loosened the top of the valve then the handle (release) and it was done in 10 seconds. MC Plumbing employee really was trying to push me onto purchasing a water filtration system for $4800+ or a water softner for $1900. Too bad this one example will not allow me or my friends and family to call this company again. :(

I always use Pure Plumbing and I’m never disappointed. Today I had to get work done on my shower in a spare bedroom. Due to it not being used for quite a while and the hardness of Las Vegas water I couldn’t turn the water on anymore. It was stuck. Alex was my technician and he was wonderful. He gently broke the news to me that it was better to cut into the drywall from the hallway instead of the tile in shower to fix this. I agreed and he went to work. Not to bore anyone with details, after about 2.5 hrs of hard work on his part I now have a working shower again with sparkling new fixtures. Everything was explained to me ahead of time, including pricing options. No pressure, just facts. I love this about Pure Plumbing. I always have a choice. Alex cleaned up nicely after he was done. He even cut the drywall so neatly, I bet I can fix this on my own :)

Thistle DKI was a pleasure to work with and they did a great job. Their project manager Kaden was very responsive and his follow through to complete our project was excellent. The whole remodel process was fluid and we are very happy with the end result. I would recommend Thistle DKI to anyone doing a remodel through an insurance claim. They were knowledgeable snd helpful through the whole process.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.
